Unless otherwise stated Items are delivered via first class post.

 

Delivery Charges

Woodsman crafts uses Royal Mails standard charges

 

Signature upon delivery

For more expensive items a signature may be required, you will be informed if this is the case. If you think an item has been damaged then please do not except it.

 

Dispatch Times

Please allow seven to ten days for your goods to be delivered. Some items are made to order which can delay the time frame in which goods are received. You will be informed of any delay immediately.

 

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock you will be informed immediately

Returns of Defective Goods Policy

If you believe that the item you have received is defective then you need to contact Woodsman Crafts as soon as possible to ascertain. Returning an item without first contacting Woodsman Crafts will not guarantee a replacement or a refund

 

Returning a defective item

Return the item in its original packing and a replacement item will be dispatched upon receipt or your payment will be refunded.

 

Returns Of Damaged Goods Policy

If an item you have received is damaged then you need to contact Woodsman Crafts within 24 Hours to confirm that the damage occured during shipping. Returning an item without first contacting Woodsman Crafts will not guarantee a replacement or a refund

 

Refuse Shipment

Please refuse shipment when you receive a visibly damaged item.

 

Returning a Damaged Item

Please return the item in it's original packaging.

 

Wrong Item Shipped

In the event of receiving an incorrect item please contact Woodsman Crafts before returning.
